About Us

We are based in the heart of the Brecon Beacons but we work all over the U.K. providing our consultancy services.

We have considerable experience in Condition Surveys of Utilities Assets, Building Surveying, Contract Management , Estimating , Quantity Surveying and Design.

Our experienced employees have a wealth of knowledge spanning from the commercial internal fit out market to multi asset maintenance and refurbishment . We also have considerable experience in the maintenance and refurbishment of listed buildings.

We have a team of confined space trained surveyors able to carry out surveys of Water Utility Assets.

Work as Project co-ordinators under the Construction Design and Management  (CDM) Regulations is undertaken regularly by our teams , we can produce risk assessments, method statements and health and safety plans for many types of projects .
