Architectural and Interior Design

Within Brecon town, we were asked to survey and design the construction and fire safety for Building Control application for this building. We worked on behalf of the Client in consulting Planning and Building Control.

We undertake both commercial and domestic conceptual to detailed design work

throughout Britain, we have great knowledge within the architectural and interior design

industry and can help with any aspect to do with building design. We can be involved in both planning and building control issues, either by giving advice or working on behalf of the Client.

Below is the feasibility plan layout for a Victorian hospitality establishment. We were asked to design a ground floor extension to contain a swimming pool, changing rooms and hot tub area.

 

The Client was very interested in carrying the Victorian theme through into the new build, so we added lead framed feature glass in the curve of the arch, plus tile murals, small paned windows were introduced down the length of the swimming pool.

As well as single dwellings, we design small

developments. Below is a development for construction of three bungalows with associated landscaping and

vehicular access. We designed the concept through to detailed construction drawings. We consulted with

planning and building control on behalf of the Client.

Conceptual small extension and refurbishment designs are undertaken.Below is a kitchen extension that we designed and prepared drawings ready for construction

We were involved in the planning and building control applications for this building also space planning their interior areas.
